Don't forget lunch before you drive down the mountain to Fort Collins, recently named the "most peaceful city in Colorado" to visit My Sister Knits where you'll feel at home in their comfy cottage full of beautiful yarns.
Next head south to Loveland, as you pass thorugh the "Sweetheart City" check out the sculpture art as you make your way to The Loopy Ewe and their impressive collection of yarn and tools.
From here you'll skip a little south to The Longmont Yarn Shoppe in lively downtown Longmont which has array of fiber and craft supplies. Longmont is great place to grab a snack before you set off on your final leg of the journey.
Maverick Fiber Arts is a must see on the west side of Lafayette. Don't be fooled by the small space Maverick has a lot of inspiration to offer.
Just six miles to go! FingerPlay Studio is downtown in quaint Louisville. Rest your travelling bones at the big table and take in all of the colorful yarns. Then maybe toast your finished journey with a margarita next door.
Or maybe you want to travel South to North, in that case we suggest you skip the margaritas next to FingerPlay.
